Campana Garden began its activities in 2003 in the southeast of Spain, in the province of Alicante, where it has always carried out its work. During its first ten years, the company focused onbuilding homes in the south of Alicante, having developed more than 400 properties.

In 2015, the company made a significant investment in Benidorm, acquiring a large plot of land to build 500 villas and develop “Campana GardenResidential”, an exceptional and uniquely designed complex for which the company has relied on its own commercial, technical, and executive team.

Currently, the company has completed more than 200 villas that have become a reference in the area. Thanks to their extraordinary location and exquisite design, the Campana Garden villas are aimed not only at those who wish to enjoy life in Spain, but also at people with an investment perspective. To date, three types of villas have been built: Villas Blue, Villas New Green and Villas Orange. This year 2024, two new types will be integrated into the complex: Villas Catalina and Villas Lidiamar.
